We were very surprised and concerned to see this update, especially since your original review reflected a positive experience with our team. An allegation of theft is extremely serious, and we genuinely wish you had contacted us directly before publicly stating that one of our movers stole your Ring camera.
As soon as we became aware of your concern, we spoke directly with the movers who handled your move. They have stated that they did not take, keep, or knowingly come into possession of your Ring device. We take matters like this very seriously and are willing to review the situation properly and work with you toward a reasonable resolution.
We respectfully ask that you contact our office directly so we can discuss what happened, review the details surrounding the missing device and the transfer request, and determine the appropriate next steps. Making an accusation of theft without first giving us an opportunity to investigate is concerning, particularly because we know and work closely with the employees assigned to our customers’ homes.
Henka Movers values its reputation, but more importantly, we believe situations like this should be handled fairly and based on the facts. Please contact us directly so we can address this matter properly.
